The Computing Services Centre (CSC) manages the University’s computing facilities, network infrastructure, and digital platforms that support teaching and learning. From student accounts and campus Wi-Fi to e-learning systems and software resources, CSC is dedicated to supporting students throughout their academic journey by providing reliable IT services, systems, and technical assistance.
IT Services
Student Webmail & Microsoft 365
HKSYU provides all students with a Microsoft Office 365 email account. It serves as an official communication channel within the University for sharing news, events, and other information.
Moodle


Moodle is an online learning environment that allows you to locate learning materials, activities and information related to your studies from any location with internet access.
WebSIMS


The WebSIMS (Student Information System) is a centralized platform that provides students with access to essential academic information. Students can view details related to their studies, including timetable schedules, course enrolment, grades, and academic records. It also offers convenient self-service functions such as online payment and online course registration.

Service Desk System
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a Service Desk System. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
