Academics

The HKSYU Registry serves as the central academic administrative unit responsible for managing the full student academic journey and ensuring compliance with university regulations. We handle course registration, maintaining accurate and confidential academic records, administering examinations and processing results in line with academic policies, and overseeing graduation procedures, including eligibility verification and issuance of certificates.  We also implement and interpret academic regulations stipulated by the University, prepare class and examination timetables, and manage data reporting for institutional and statutory purposes.  In addition, we provide support and advice to students on issues like enrollment, study progress, leave, and appeals, while working closely with faculties and departments to ensure smooth academic operations.
