Introduction
The Hong Kong Shue Yan University Library serves as a resource and learning hub for the university’s students, faculty, and researchers. It is located in the Library Complex and spans G/F, 2/F to 6/F, providing a comfortable and conducive environment for learning and research.
Library Collection
The Library houses a collection of academic resources, including approximately 350,000 physical materials and over 1,200,000 e-book titles. The collection covers a wide range of subject areas. To ensure that Shue Yan students have access to the latest resources in their fields, we update the collection regularly.
In addition to the physical collection, the Library provides access to a variety of e-resources, such as online databases, e-books, e-journals, dissertations, online videos, and other digital resources. These resources can be accessed anytime and from anywhere, whether on campus, at home, or anywhere else in the world.

Library Facilities
The Library also offers various facilities to enhance the learning experience, including study carrels, discussion areas, discussion rooms, a presentation room, PC workstations, iMacs, book scanners, and Express Printing Stations designated for fast printing. The Library area also has full Wi-Fi coverage to ensure seamless connectivity. The discussion rooms, presentation room and some PC workstations can be reserved online.
