Judo Club

樹仁柔道部成立於1995年，附屬於慈雲山柔道館，而劉志佳老師於慈雲山柔道館執教。現在樹仁柔道部則由劉志佳老師的學生勞展文先生（Chris教練）執教。柔道起源於日本古代柔術，强調使用對手的力量來制服對方，而非僅僅依靠自身的力量。並且柔道不僅僅是身体鍛鍊，它還教授尊重、禮貌、自制和勇氣等道德價值觀。現今柔道作為一种體育和精神修養的結合，已經成為世界上廣為人知的武術之一，也是奥運會項目之一。

Shue Yan Judo club was established in 1995 and is affiliated to the Tsz Wan Shan Judo Hall, while Mr Lau Chi Ka coached at the Tsz Wan Shan Judo Hall. At present, Shue Yan Judo Club is coached by Mr Lau’s student, Lo Chin Man, Chris. Judo has its origin in ancient Japanese jujutsu, which emphasizes the use of the opponent’s power to subdue the opponent, rather than relying solely on one’s power. Also, judo is not just a sport or physical exercise, it teaches moral values, such as respect, self-control, courage, etc. Nowadays, judo as a combination of sports and spiritual cultivation, has become one of the well-known martial arts and an Olympic sport.
